The news is that the accountants have been instructed to do the Capita Oak accounts.  Basically, everything is speculation until we know exactly how much was transferred by how many people; who charged what in fees; how much was paid out in Thurlstone loans; where the funding for Thurlstone came from; what was paid out to Store First; what the Store First assets are now worth (the BIG question) and what rental income is due from Store First.  Once we can quantify all of the above exactly, we will know where we are.  We know some of the information but need to see the whole picture.  Then the criminal complaints can go in once we can quantify exactly what was either charged to or stolen from the fund by the various crooks who had their fingers in the Capita Oak pie.

Some of us got a letter from the acountents to say this was being investigated. Are you now telling us that they only now been instructed and this is new news ? What is going on???????

If you are referring to the letter that was sent out by Downs & Co., that was from Brian Downs who is acting for Christopher Payne, the previous director of Imperial Trustee Services Limited who were removed as trustees last month.  Christopher Payne was succeeded by Roger Chant.  Neither Downs, nor Payne nor Chant are anything to do with the Capita Oak pension scheme any longer, except for the 451k that Payne took from the members without authorisation and which he must now pay back to the scheme and also face criminal charges for fraud - along with the shadow directors who were acting behind him and to whom further sums will have been paid.

Yea, that letter. Are you now telling us that he did not do like he promised in his letter?

Basically Payne Downes and Chant aren't to be trusted..Chant is a butcher as in sells meat and Payne and Downs are puppets employed by the Perps of the scheme..they've stolen our money

So a real accountent is going to check up on this right? One what is not on the payroll of sainsburies meat counter I hope!!!!!

Just checked PO Web site and only 140 complaints to date regards pension liberation with 90% of those about not being allowed to transfer out so that means only 14 complaints about missing pensions

I think they will class all of them as liberation Joe..
In saying that, 140 cases...nonsense..far more.!
