Yep - just had the following email from a recruitment agy:

An employment scam that operates like a pyramid scam.

Just found this and want to be clear this is not a scam this is a Field Sales Role.

Just received an email from this 'employer' - I have not registered interest with DSP Recruitment yet they have my contact details. This is a scam; a failed attempt to scam at that.

Wouldn't qualify this as a scam, it is a valid company.  It does however, look to exloit the vulnerable.  I'd avoid - unless you have a strong stomach.

Do you actually work for them Jimmy, or are you one of their commission only sales people. I know someone who is on commission only for Niagara. If they don't make a sale on the day, someone calls the customer the day after and offers them the same product at a reduced price - no commission goes to the sales person. They're not just preying on vulnerable customers, they're exploiting their commission only sales force. It's not good. What kind of company does that?

I'd fire your copywriter then Kerry if I were you. The last mail I got from you signed off-
"Please note the phones are very bust the best way to apply in via email and I will call you "

My wife has just had a call from someone from this company. He said she had filled in a survey.He had her name, number and some awareness that she had had hospital treatment. He wanted to come to visit TOMORROW at 4:00.
My wife was very concerned and did not take up the offer.

She has not filled in a survey and after reading other people's comments this was obviously the worst sort of cold calling. As others have commented how did he get her details ? We will report it to the hospital on next visit.

Kerry, I find myself having to constantly deregister from your database, as you keep adding me. I have never done any sales role and have never had anything to do with it. I believe your company is a scam as all your numbers are on voice-mail; no real recruitment company would ever have this.

They have been advertising the same "job" for years - Niagra will undoubtedly be overpriced "solutions" to someones poor grandmother and they also advertise a similar job with first payment - card taking abilities - all comission only jobs which say how highly they view their staff and ability to earn money.
