Gota missed call on our house phone, the number then rang back where my mom answered it. The guy claimed to be from a company called national accident investigation team, and when mom said she had never heard of them and she didn't want to speak to them, he became aggressive abusive and threatening

Had a call from this number saying they're Telford and Wrekin council about my accident. I said I've not had one and they hung up

Just had a call on landlines from this number 0158546222 saying they were telford and wrekin council and they were contacting me about an accident concerning my mum. I started questioning him about details to prove who he was. Said sorry wrong number and hung up. It won't let me call the number back.

I got a call from this number saying he was from Telford and Wrekin council accident line I said I've had no accident don't call this number again f**k off and hung up... Don't think they will call again

I have just had a call from this number. A guy with an Asian accent said he was from Telford City Council.
I just told him to "go away" and go and con someone else.

I too received a call from this number but how can they be from Telford Council when the dial code 01585? About time our Government put a stop to all the harassment isn't it?

Guy claiming to be from Telford City Council investigating an accident I had - I asked what accident and he wasn't sure but guessed at a traffic collision. I told him I hadn't had a car accident - but since my dad died in an RTC last year he should think twice about calling back. I hung up, but he called straight back. I didn't answer.

This number is being used by low life criminal scum. Suggest you block this number.

I had a call yesterday 2nd Jan from this number. The guy had a very broad Asian accent which was difficult to understand so I asked him to repeat and he said he was from Telford council and enquiring about an accident that I had.  I told him I was going to call Telford council and he became very abusive calling me a liar.  I told him I was also going to call the police.  I rang the council and they seemed not to know anything about these calls which I thought was strange because I have read and article in the Telford journal about this scam. I also reported them to the police but the problem is that the telephone number does not exist.
