Phoned today at 15.35, no message left.  Looked it up on the computer, and lo and behold, several people posting "recorded message about claiming back bank fees. "Press 5 to claim back fees, press 9 not to claim fees". Pressing 9 gets you passed on to the next telephone spammer / scammer".  Blocked number immediately!!!

I have had two calls in two days from this number although I know no-one in Monmouthshire. No message left. Thanks for the reports confirming there is something wrong here.

Missed a call from this number this morning. Has phoned several times.

Called yesterday same firm on 01212710150, blocked them, rang today on 01600469009. blocked again. Scum reported to ICO.

Just got woken up by a call from this number (I'm on night shift this week!)  Managed to get back to sleep after the first cold call this morning, now wide awake but won't be when needed at 4am later.  Just had another whilst typing this I repot each one to the ICO but nothing is ever done to stop this scum.

Had this call, did not know the caller so I let it go to voice mail, while I listened. Ignorant and arrogant [***].

Just had the second call this week from these people. The first time I pressed 9 'not to be called again'. Huh!

All I can suggest is that you dial 5 (call back) and let the  company know you are not "happy" with the situation. They have only bought the phone list off another company... at least get taken off database and tell them they will be reported to TPS/ICO - for what it is worth

Yet another nuisance caller about god know's what.  Just go away!

This is another company run by Andrew Kissick and one of the Winchester brothers. They also run scams from Capital Increase and No Debts Ltd and several others. Marc Winchester and Ben Winchester are both involved in these nasty sort of organisations, (and use their wives as Directors on some too - Victoria Louise Winchester for example). This particular outfit has Benjamin (Ben) Michael Winchester as one of the directors. The world would be a better place without them.

I had a message on my phone from this number. This is exactly the same message I received twice before on two different numbers. I have reported the previous calls to ICO, I shall do the same with this one also. The number will of course be blocked. It is a national disgrace that this situation is allowed to continue seemingly unhindered by any authority.

Ha! This page has an advert for PPI claims on it. The cheek of it!
