Just read letter from 27th June and yes I remember now it was FINANCIAL CONNECTIONS

Is this a scam no? ie when you call back it charges you

I have just called Ofcom to complain about this number who are repeated calling asking for my son who is always at work when they call, and then they put the phone down on you when you are still talking! I have been with the TPS for years now but still the calls come. But fcom were helpful in as much they gave me the telephone number of the Information commissioner which is 01625 545745. The company who call themselves FINANCIAL CONNECTIONS on 01606 45834 ARE in Northwich and I was able to get an address from the Commissioners Office for this scam company which is as follows>>>>>>>>

I hope you all like me who are affected by these nuisance calls from 0160645834 bombard  their Managing Director with stiff letters of complaint.

Phone several times but don't leave a message and when i try to ring back it just rings out or is engaged.

It is a company phoning regarding insurance. I rang them back to give them a piece of my mind as they were seriously getting on my nerves and got a message saying if you want your telephone number removed from there database ring: 0845 056 0451

It may take up to 24 hours to remove.

Hi have jsut logged a complaint with both Watchdog and Ofcom, this company ring my home and mobile at all hours constantly and i never give my number out so i dont know how they got it. Am sick of them, surely this harrassment is illegal?? Any why the bloody hell ring if they just hang up anyway!????????

is anyone else getting these calls on a mobile too?? Im getting them 3 times a day on my mobile which is a number only my friends and family have.

I've been phoned by this number for the last four days and they keep asking for Dan Holding!!!
I have no idea who this person is and I've told the woman on the other end of the phone, she then puts the phone down and phones again later on and asks the same question, I just told her to F""" off the last time which was five minutes ago.

ITS THE USUAL, LIFE INSURANCE, DENTAL INSURANCE, FREE SIM CARDS. DON'T CLICK ON IT GUYS, IF YOU TAB ON THE BACK ARROW AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN, IT WILL TAKE YOU BACK INTO THE QUIZ WITHOUT YOU HAVING TO SELECT AN OPTION.

ITS A COMPNAY CALLED THE MONEY CLUB. THEY ARE A PAIN IN THE ARSE AND ALSO OPERATE OFF SEVERAL DIFFERENT OTHER NUMBERS. I WOULD ACTUALLY LOVE TO GET HOLD OF THE CLOWN AT THE OTHER END. WHAT A BUNC OF TOSSERS

Called me today and aasked if Mrs ****** was there please. I answered "Yes, speaking" the phone went dead at that point.

hi i have had a call from these guys and have only just had a landline after 3 yr cause i use to get fed up with excactly this reason...
i tried to ring it back after having it phone 3 times today but it just rang and then after again trying it was just engaged. needs to be stopped cant handle all this again, plaese suggestions

i went to register with the TPS and apparently i am already registered???? so why do i still recieve these calls

I just had a call from them. I didn't pick the phone up, I dialled 1471 to find out. Glad (sort of) to know I'm not the only one this has happened to...

Same happened to me, I reckon its like one of those horror films lol

I just found their website: http://www.fc-group.co.uk/Contact_Us_4_1.asp (which does indeed state their address as 29 Waterloo Place, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 5LA) and did a search of their company number 04722802 on Companies House website, where I found this... FINANCIAL CONNECTIONS LIMITED, 51 SOUTH STREET, ISLEWORTH, MIDDLESEX
TW7 7AA Company No. 04722802, a different address AGAIN.
What the hell is going on?!

I keep getting calls from this number, no one ever on the other end, and when i try and call it back it says the number is engaged.

I have just had this call as well, apparently they are called financial connections, however the woman just hung up on me after that!

I have just received a call from 0160645834, Financial Connections Ltd. They told me that I had requested a life insurance quote and I half believed them (because they had my details) as I have recently opened up a new account with a new bank, and thought that I had forgotten to tick a box to say I didn't want life insurance. They said they would pass my information on to another firm who would give me a quote. This firm phoned me within 5 minutes!! By this time I had thought about it and realised that this was cold calling (I am registered with TPS) so I told the chap that I was not interested and he, very rudely put the telephone straight down, no sorry or anything. So annoying and how do they get all their information anyway, what about the Data Protection Act.
