As with everyone else, receiving a number of calls each day & they just hang up!

Ive now had the pleasure of this company phoning me 7 times today (3 times since i started reading this thread) Thanks to this site i have now phoned up this company with the number provided on here and fingers crossed,i hope my landline will be removed from their database.Like others on here i am also registered with TPS and have sent a complaint to them and ofcon about this financial crap.Seemingly earlier today my wife took a call for me regarding summat to do with a Euro lottery syndicate too,looks like my ex directory number has now entered the big bad world of these companys (add to that i also recieved a letter from a company called Horizon finance,giving me all the crap about wanting to help me out with a loan i had recently applied for,i havent applied for a loan for over 3 years,i looked into this company,surprise surprise they are just another scam).I have instructed my wife and kids that if they answer any calls from any companys from now on,they are to hang up the phone and take a note of the number.
Two weeks ago i did indeed fill in a stupid survey on the net for Tescos etc,so these calls (and now mail) i am now recieving must be blamed on myself,be warned folks.

I want them arrested for harrassment...I am sick of them calling me and hanging up when I answer!

they are still out there ringing and not speaking, 9 o'clock tonight and woke the toddler up.

ok, had this number call twice in 30 mins and when i answered they hung up, called back and no response so had the option of callback. did the whole call back thing and low and behold same story. googled the number then the company lol here's their email addy : financialconnections@exchange.uk.com

this caller keeps calling and hanging up , the number appears on the phone and when i call back it keeps ringing but no answer. If i ring the number its then engaged.

They call a couple of times a day, but i have TPS as well. These are what i call nuisance phone calls!!!

Calling a few times a week. They once asked for someone who does not live here. All the other calls are dead air.

This company has been phoning me 3 or 4 days a day for over a week - now. At first I used to answer the phone and if it was them tell them I had never filled in any survey and I was not interested in their services. Then I started get the 'silent calls' and upon dialing 1471 I was getting their number. In that time I've had call at 8am up to 9pm!!
Now I've stopped answering my phone and let the answer phone kick in (family know to speak so I know who it is). The company don't speak just hang up. I discovered this site tonight and have telephoned the number that has been given to have my number removed from the data base so am keeping my fingers crossed.  
If I keep getting this calls I shall refer back to this site for more helful advice - and keep on at this company until they leave me alone. I've already told them I'm on TPS and am ex-dir - but it has made no difference to them so far

The above number called, no one there when I answered. Could hear talking in the back ground.

This number has called me a couple of times and left no message. When I tried to call back the phone was constantly engaged. Found this website and found it very interesting. Thanks everyone, at least now I know they are timewasters. I have caller ID and will now ignore this number's calls.

This number has called for me several times & asked for me by the name Matt which only my friends use. I can understand (although not agree with) automated calls, but how did they get to know my shortened name. A youngish female asked for me by name.

Keep bloody ringing me and its getting me down, have informed BT as am on TPS but they say to threat prosecution... hmmm, will give them a torrent of abuse next time believe me... lol

This number has called me and I had it as a missed call on my mobile - do not know where they got my number from - when I rang it back, just like many others say it just rings and rings

I just got rung by them and when I phoned the number back, it was busy. Guess they were harrasing someone else.

omg the i just googled this number and this is what came up!! i have answered 8 calls between yesterday and today and they just hang up, i have calle dback and its either busy or it just rings!! who are they?? does anyone know?? and how have they got my mobile number??

they just call me asked if i was william,then the phone went dead
rang back engaged tone,had me a bit worried

I've been having calls from this company for weeks and, like everyone else, have done my best to have them stopped. One of the other numbers they use is 0161 751 6680.

Well heres an update....... since i got in contact with them 3 days ago,ive had no further calls from this number,fingers crossed thats them done with me !!!!
