    This is a Police pool number. It is alleged to formally originate out of Winsford Police Station but is used by other Police Stations throughout Cheshire (e.g. Congleton, Middlewich, Northwich, Winsford, etc). It is used due to being able to make outgoing calls from it, but it not accepting incoming calls. It is sometimes used when PCSO’s or Police try to ring you from a Private number but your phone rejects the Private number. Regardless, it is a Police number and has just been formally identified as such.
