Called me today.   Sounds like its coming from a call centre.   Anyone know who they are?

It's Appliancesonline. I just ordered a dishwasher and got a call from this number confirming delivery.

Thanks for that , I have so many strange numbers call and I ignore them ....But I ordered Washing machine last night!!

Yeah, this is the number AppliancesOnline use to confirm your order and delivery.

This number is Appliancesonline just re-confirming the delivery details that they have already confirmed about 3 times via text message, and email too.  WARNING: They also tried to flog me £5 a month insurance on the appliance.

Its Appliances Online, they trying to sell you insurance. Not really to confirm your order as my order was delivered 2 weeks ago and this number still calls me daily.

Thanks for that too, I was on the bus on way home, did sound like they are trying to flog me insurance, ringing me back in 10 minutes.

I got my delivery from Appliances Online a few hours ago - so I presume it's a call to get me to take out monthly insurance in the guise of a delivery confirmation/received call.

Bought a washing machine online from Aplliances Online an hour ago and already had a missed call from this number!

Had 2 calls from this number with the proviso of confirming delivery from Appliances online.  It was just to flog INSURANCE on my ordered appliance. The caller tried to say cover was automatically included & would send out the pack and I could cancel when it arrived if I didn't want! wouldn't buy from these again

I bought an appliance from AO yesterday, too. I picked up, but the line was dead!

Call centre - AO as I know from others here. Bought a freezer last week so it figures. A chap said can I speak to (my husband), LUV!!!!!!!!!!

Bl**dy cheeky beggar. I said no LUV and Goodbye.If they phone again I shall be emailing AO CEO direct to let them know. Stupid prat.

They called again to confirm delivery times, but I think it was more an excuse to sell an in-house service plan for the appliance. Chatty nice guy on the phone who was fine with me saying no thanks.

Just bought from AO so that makes sense.  I will be ready for the insurance question now!

thanks for that info all. just had 2 missed calls but no msg so wasnt sure who it was from. bought freezer a couple of days ago. delivery due tomoz so will expect more calls

I've just had my washing machine delivered and had loads of missed calls. They call my mob first and then almost immediately call my landline, so it must be a machine. I picked up but didn't speak and it rang off.

I've blocked the number on my phone now, but how do I stop them calling the landline? Assume I've signed up to something without knowing (or reading it properly)

Strange, because I ordered a washer/dryer from them, input all the info about what floor I'm on, number of steps, etc. and they got to my door and refused to deliver it because of the floor I'm on and the number of steps! They said my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. It's now 11 days later and they still have not refunded my money AND I just missed a call from this number. They want to sell me insurance on a thing they wouldn't deliver to my flat, apparently!!!
