This same number has rung me 4 times in the last 2 days, same thing - rings a couple of times but then hangs up.
I tried calling back on my land line (with help my no!!) but just got the recoved msg "the other person has hung up"
it is getting sooooo anoying!!

dont ever pick this call up becasue all it is trying to do is take your credit of you moblie when you anser its nothing to worry about

Just received a call from this number claiming to be from my electricity company, asking us is our address private or business.

She then hung up.

What should I do next?

Chantelle not sure what you're going on about them taking credit off your mobile?? would you like to explain. the only instance this would happen is if you was not in the uk, for roaming charges, and they would not benefit by that in the slightest, only your network operator would. if they think their dodgy, all i can say is more fool everyone for giving details to them, whether they say they are calling from 3 or wherever??? offer to call them back on 333, if they are genuine they will not mind. do ppl not know about identity theft, i.e giving their name, address and dob away. they COULD apply for loans, credit cards, mobile phone contracts and other things with this information if they was a fly by night company. would these ppl confirm their bank details, and bank pin/password and security details also?? ppl give these details over the phone and then start moaning about it afterwards.

Just got another call from this number.

They have been pestering me for over a week.  Finally, someone decided to speak and started to tell me that I had a problem with my electricity supply.  He was offensive and it is complete rubbish!  They are a bunch of con artists.  I tried to ring the number back on several times earlier, but it would not connect.  I don't know how they got my full name and address either... nasty people to be avoided.

I received a call from 'Energy UK' from a lady who identified herself as Rosheen. She wanted to know if my property was residential or business. When I questioned why she hung up,

just got a call from this number been 3 times this week but every time i answer they just hang up.....

Does anyone know the address of where this phone number is registered? I'd like to pay them a visit to ask in person what they actually want.
