Chantelle not sure what you're going on about them taking credit off your mobile?? would you like to explain. the only instance this would happen is if you was not in the uk, for roaming charges, and they would not benefit by that in the slightest, only your network operator would. if they think their dodgy, all i can say is more fool everyone for giving details to them, whether they say they are calling from 3 or wherever??? offer to call them back on 333, if they are genuine they will not mind. do ppl not know about identity theft, i.e giving their name, address and dob away. they COULD apply for loans, credit cards, mobile phone contracts and other things with this information if they was a fly by night company. would these ppl confirm their bank details, and bank pin/password and security details also?? ppl give these details over the phone and then start moaning about it afterwards.
