I should have listened to the message left but I deleted it as soon as I found out it was some company that tried to get you compensation for accidents and injuries.  Unlike most nuisance calls this number left a recorded message on my voicemail.

If this is a number for a company offering to resolve compensation issues for some imaginary accident they are merely one of the dozens who seem to have acquired my details and are winding me up a treat.  over the last couple of months I have started to receive these calls/text messages at least daily.  I'm also getting bothered by PPI companies so if there is some way of getting shot of them I'd be glad to hear of it.  swearing and shouting at them seems to have little effect.

I have just received a call from these people.  Luckily I had a friend here with me but I got a shock thinking someone in my family had had an accident.  They are the scum of the earth and don't care who they may be upsetting as long as there is a chance that they may make money

Got a call about car accident sometime in last three years (non-existent).   Man had strong Asian accent and some difficulty understanding my replies.  When pushed he stated that he was working for Accident Claims Management and gave their address as 123 Deansgate Manchester.  Phone No 0161408000. I do not think that this is a Manchester area number and have not rung them. When I further asked the caller if he was ringing from India
he said I was a racist and that he was English and ringing from Manchester.  Seems like 100% scam. But where do these people get your Name and phone number from.  Let`s take care and not give then any more information than they already Have

I socially engineered the caller to reveal the details about who is making these calls. As suspected, it is an Indian Call Centre called CrafTechBPO based in Jaipur:

These guys are calling people at random (TPS-registered or not) in the UK fishing for accident claims to sell on for commission. The agent told me that they sell their leads to Pannone Solicitors in Manchester (http://www.pannone.com/contact/manchester-office), but Pannone are denying that they have anything to do with these calls. I don't know which one is telling the lies, but I suspect it's the Indian Call Centre.
