Have just called me, didn't leave a message ... who is this?  When I called it back using a switchboard (untraceable) telephone number it said that the number is not in service??

This number called four times today, no one on the line when I answer anyone know who it is..

no one there when I picked up handset.

This number has been calling me for a few weeks now and I am getting really fed up. They even call in the evenings as late as 20.00 hours. This morning alone they called about 3 to 4 times in the space of an hour. I never answer the phone now as it,s driving me crazy. Sometimes if a message is left from this number I can hear voices in the background not speaking to me but amongst themselves I guess but it,s inaudible. What it is and who they are mystifies me. They called me on my mobile once and the number started with 0161, can,t remember the rest but it was a debt company.  I would regard these idiots as nuisance callers. How does one get rid of them?

I've been called by this number twice. The first time I answered, I told them they had the wrong number. The woman proceeded to go into a debt consolodation speech. My reaction was I don't have any debts, so I put the phone down on her. I was then called again, about 4 hours later by a gentleman who sounded Indian. I also put the phone down on him after telling him that there's no Mr Assam? that lives here. Next time I'll ask them to wait while I get him, and go for a walk.

They are called Centrum, they've been calling me for weeks, today alone they've called 6 times.  The last call just minutes ago which I answered.  I asked for them to take my number off their list they said that they would never do that.  I put the phone down.

If you search for Centrum, vitamins come up but if you put in Centrum debt syndication then you get Centrum Captital with linkedin links - What comes up are Indian men so I would guess that this is them.

I left a comment about these nuisance callers recently. Since then they attempted to call me on my mobile and when I picked it up they did not say who they were and just telling me that they believed I had a debt consolidation plan. I told them what business is that of theirs and what is it to them. He put the phone down on me and then I thought ;good maybe now they would stop calling me. However within minutes he was calling me on my landline.  Today I went out just before 1pm. On my return I had 9 messages ;all from them but no actual messages left. I have contacted my provider virgin media and they said they could barr all marketing calls  but it would take 10 days to take effect. It remains to be seen if this will work. Me: Who are you and why are you calling this number?
Caller: Who are you?
Me: Simple question. Who are you and why are you calling this number.
Caller: Hung up

There as the usual delay before he spoke so overseas number and the number given has not enough numbers for Manchester despite the 0161 prefix.

I'd love to know who you spoke to at Virgin Media, when I phoned they told me they couldn't do anything about marketing calls and I'd have to register with tps, yeah right been there did that, years ago and it doesn't get rid of the overseas ones.

Called today ignored it as usual.  Have they been silent as no posts about this number for more than 6 months.
