again every day the same phoning all the time. who are they? why have they got a 10 number dial? are they money lenders? or debt collectors? or scam lotteries? doe's anybody know?

I just received a call from this number, asking if they could help me with my credit issues, I dont not have any, When told that I am fine with my finances the man proceeded to tell me that I had applied for credit between 4-6 weeks ago and was rejected, so they were calling to help me on this matter. All of which is untrue! I am now thinking has someone been trying to get credit in my name with my details? He did say all their information came from a company called TAB Data Collection, which I have googgled with no joy! If anyone else has had this please advise as to what you did.
