Interesting response so this post is about eastham then not Barry. Who is Barry? I will do some more digging this week about the case. It is defo the same easthams though and there are further details online. I remember reading a bully online article which had some more stuff in it. Looking about Andrew Eastham lead to it and The case was successful. Gemstella seems to know about it too ask Gemstella

The case against easthams about bullying is well known by people in the blackpool/Preston/Lancashire area and that the person was successful in cases against them. Apparently not the only one to have been treated like that either. Sickening circumstances
