I have no idea but they have phoned me about 16 times today, i think it is a debt solutions company.

they called me last week and charged me £100and now they are not answering the phone. i don't know who they are.

charged £100 for nothing. asked card info to verify details then hung up when they said they needed to transfer the call. now cant get in contact with them. Con company.

£98 down. Be on your guard. Me thinks it a con.

Called me offering loan at minimum apr and took bank details to 'verify' after trying to call them to cancel they dont answer or jus t cut me off . CON!! beware

They rang me but thankfully i didn't answer because i was in work... Maybe that was a good sign...

Total con!!! Took my bank details and now money has went missing. Tried to phone them back and was on hold for 30 minutes but then they hung up on me. DONT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS!!!

They have done the same to me today. Tried to ring them but no answer. They took my bank details then told me I was being transfered, but was on hold for 30 mins then call was ended. Total [***]!!!!!!!!!!

complete a*seholes!!! same as a lot of folk have said.... needing details to "verify"....thought it a bit odd when asked for my security code but stupidly gave it to them. then searched the number and found this website!!!! rang my bank and found out i had a pending payment issued today (just after speaking to whoever they are) for £48.99!!! the cheek!!! anyway... told the bank and they stopped it, so i was lucky!!! but yes..... i agree.....WATCH OUT!!!!!

yup, we have been had. i called finacial ombudsman, very useful, but, the company are all leagal and above board!! waiting for other half to get from bank, to see if they have taken any money.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

ok, i just spoke to someone on the above freephone number. was on hold for approx 5-10 mins. They are having a lot of tech difficulties. plus a disgruntled ex director who is causing them problems. Giving them the benefit of doubt for time being. will keep you posted.

I missed a call from these people yesterday as I was in a meeting at work. At least if they call back I know what the crack is now. I think I will give them some false bank details and give them the run around:)

I got a call from 01619687080 on the 16th April i didnt answer them and thank god i didnt. My mananger found this web site cause i get other calls and text messages from easy step loans to call another number 08006528529 dont i check this web site to for that number as well scam

Am I a sorry person!!  I have just had £249.99 stolen from my account by these people. I was looking for a personal loan, did an online search and these people called from 01619687080 on 15-04-09.  Said their name was carter and carter. Needed my card details just to 'verify' that it was a real account.  As well as my bank, I have contacted the police and the Ombusman. Any one who has been ripped off or had a lucky escape, should contact the Ombusman on 0845 080 1800 and report them. Maybe then this lot will be stopped.
