who is this phoning me????

Had a missed call from this number today, 2nd time in as many weeks, left no message.

Just been called by this number, said hello and no answer at first then someone said Hello and that was it, so said hello again and the same thing happend, they just said hello then nothing, so hung uo in the end

I received a call from these people despite subscribing to TPS. mplied that they were BT until challenged and then claimed to be phoning on behalf of BT about broadband. Said that they were Hero TFC. It's a Rotheram code, but I can find no trace of this firm. I intend to report to TPS

several calls, never leave a message. Don't know anyone in Rotherham!

I have had several missed calls from this number and was finally in when it called again. The man addressed me by my surname and said it was a courtesy call from BT who wanted to ask me a few questions and to see if I was getting the most from my landline, I challenged him about the claim that he was calling from BT since the telephone number didn't seem right for a BT marketing call; needless-to-say he quickly hung up. I called the operator right away and she told me that this number was NOT a BT related call. I would say to anyone receiving calls from this number (if you can see the number flash up as I did) DO NOT give out ANY personal information.

Be careful of this number, had lots of missed calls and when you ring back they put the phone down, I suspect that it is dodgy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm ex directory & TPS registered, so suprised how they have my number, how do it stop them ringing me?

Caller keeps calling my elderly parents saying they are from bt but are obviously bogus callers . Beware of this phone number and do not give them any personal information. I have tried ringing them back and the number states other caller has hung up

called me today 8/11/2010 said they were from bt asking about broadband, i told them i had received an offer from bt in the post last week and told him to confirm his new better offer in the post he agreed and hung up ...ps asked me how much i was paying , so beware dont give any personel details ...independant telesales numpties

i had wondered being as they sounded like there was a party in the background! very unprofessional. had the same thing calling but i call back and they hang up!

Have had several calls from thgis number with no-one there when I've picked up ...... who is it?

Called us today, had our name and said they were ringing to offer us BT Broadband. Can't believe it is a genuine BT number as they call from 0800 numbers that you can't call back (you get a recorded message when you do). We were unimpressed with the offer especially as she said she didn't have access to our account to tell us how much we were currently paying on our calling plan. Suspect it is a sub-contracted marketing company.

had another call from this number today. always rings around  15.15 ish.  didn't get to answer it thankfully

Had them calling me over the last couple of weeks offering me BT Broadband at £12.99 plus first three months free. Also, evening/weekend calls free. When I told them I do would this on-line, they said it would cost me alot more. They also said that they were calling on behalf of BT. I too am on TPS.

called me 4.50 today, said they were from BT and had a special offer for me. When i questioned the woman as to how she got our number - she straight away put me on hold --- so i rang off immediately
