I HAVE RECENTLY RECEIVED A BRAND NEW SONY c902 AND THE PACKAGE I HAD OFFERED WAS FANTASTIC - 750MINUTES ANYTIME ANY NETWORK AND UNLIMITED TEXT ALL FOR #35 PER MONTH

HOW COME YOU ALL THINK THAT THEIR SERVICE IS SO BAD?

We think their service is bad because they call us constantly and put the phone down as soon as we answer! Read the comments.

I get unlimited texts and 600 anytime /any network minutes for £25 PLUS free insurance and the phone of my choice from a reputable provider that doesn't have to harrass people like like, calling them at all times of the day and hanging up on them.

I hope you have phone insurance because these cowboys might not be around for much longer.

I have been receiving calls from them for a while, I have not answered yet and dont think that I will now that I know who they are and how bad their service is.
It is annoying though, they wont leave me alone.

iv had these freaks ringing me atleast 3 times a day iv never answered the calls cos i didnt kno who it was so thought id google it, im on an o2 contract is it possible they got my details from o2? my contract isnt up for another 9 months!! im sick of them ringing me is there anyway i can get a number blocked?

they've been calling me as well! 6 phone calls so far!!! I only answered the first one, they said something about my mobile but told them I was busy and hung up. They keep phoning me.

Yeah, I've had calls from two companies in Swansea every year on every contract phone I've had. They called me again today, but I have the number in my contacts under: Do Not Answer" Saves me the annoyance of dealing with it.

Complete nuisance call (from a busy office or pub) - rang my mobile and asked if it was a company phone, which it is. I was caught unawares and answered 'yes'
He said that "he would'nt bother me any further then" ..... and hung up.
No sorry, no nothing ..... Loser !

They are driving me mad - ringing 3 times a day.  trouble is I am in Holland right now, so every call is costing me 75p on Vodafone passport grrr

Ringing me 3 times a day atm. Even though I answer and tell them not to call back.

Im going to resort to some simple verbal abuse if this continues much longer.

its just one of those stupid companys who are trying to sell you a new phone contract!!  I agree they should get a proper job! if we wanted a new phone contract we would get in touch with them not them pester us at inconvient times!  idiots!

phoned a few times now and if I answer it there's nothing on the line, it's so bloody annoying, you think it's a genuine number and don't want not to answer it incase it's important.  A friend told me about this service, so I won't be answering any more calls.

I keep getting calls from this bloomin number and i don't even know what the company is. Tried phoning them back but went straight to answerphone and answered one call and they just hung up on me- so frustrating!!

I keep getting these calls, silence and hanging up, 3-4 times a day.
Have rung vodafone to see if i can block the number. They can do nothing and I can't block the call.
The only thing I have done is save the number to my phone and change the ring tone so that I know its them ringing and I will ignore the call.
Let them waste their time not mine!!!

got a call from these just now. when i answered the call they hung up. its really annoying.

Same nonsense just noise or hang up 4 times in the last week, off on hol next week hope they call and don't realise then it will cost them a bomb and serve them right! Should be an ombudsman to sort this. 01792 is Swansea code thats all I could find out.
