Just had the 5th call off htis number when I answer they hang up ????????????????// I swear to God if I get the chance to speak to them I am gonna blow a whistle down the phone!!!

Just come off the phone to this company apparently they are called Money Claiming Experts and are authorised by the Ministry of Justice under number CRM1658. The business name is actually Client Connection Limited but they trade as Money Claiming expert. I have no idea whether they are legit or not but I would treat them with caution.

They claim their 'solicitors' will claim money back and the handler 'guarantees' a juicy cheque back inside 12 weeks on a no win, no fee basis.

All you need to do is provide some personal details including address, date of birth etc and provide them with 279.99. If I am to be dealt with under a no win, no fee agreement why then should I pay 279.99 upfront?

I would suggest that if you are thinking of doing this you would be better served going through the find a solicitor section of the law society website rather than rely on these guys. A reputable solicitor is not able to accept referrals from companies who employ cold calling techniques - this really tells me all I need to know.

They keep trying to ring me today - Getting very annoyed with it to be frank!

I just set my phone to Auto Divert these annoying people straight to my answer phone now!

i get the call at least once a day on both landline and mobile, love to know where they got my mobile cause only friends and family have that number. i got my son to scream down the phone at them this aft hopefully its got rid of the annoying buggers.

This company have contacted me 2/3 times a day for the past week, times ranging from 10am to 10pm....really is starting to take the p*** now!

they are ridiculous and call me ALL the time.  Lesson to be learnt - never give anyone your mobile number!!

Exact thing happened to me, was stupid or vulnerable enough to give them my credit card details.  After i could not locate any website address for them i realise i've been scammed.  phoned credit card company, luckily money (£299.99) had not been taken out yet.  I had to cancel my credit card.  Next day they had the nerve to phone to say they could not take the money off the credit card.  I told them my reason and they directed me to a CRM16588 number on Ministry of Justice website to prove they were legit. Glad i cancelled the card before they got there.

They keep calling my mobile, driving me mad!!! Offering to help clear debts and reclaim mis-sold PPI's etc for £300.00!!! how do I stop them?? Racking my brains as to how they got my number.

Started to receive calls,any way of barring from mobile

Just had another call from 01792763490, which is now the 6th one. I didn't really get the name of the company or in fact what they were trying to claim money for (which is just dodgy anyway as company's should always state that very clearly). I think they were saying that they could claim compensation from an illegal insurance policy or something - but I wasn't really listening.

Every time I've put the phone down on them and told them I wasn't interested. But this time I said that if they were genuine then they can post me the information as I am not willing to give them personal details over the phone. They said it was quicker and cheaper by phone, but after I persistently told them I wanted information via post they agreed and read out my address to confirm it. How the hell do they know my address too?!! Who's giving these people my information?! Some other company must be selling our details on. I’m glad I now know the truth and googled this number. IGNORE the number when they ring.

Ok folks here is one of the trading details of these halfwits that are pestering you;-
Obviously you can e-mail them and demand your number is removed from their database. They have been calling my 12 year old daughter who is freaking out because she does not know who it is. I will if they continue report it to the Police as a nuisance call and insist they are prosecuted due the recipient of the calls being under 16.

Sick of these bloody calls.  Getting them about 3 times a day, I have never answered them but one day I will and they will wish they had never bothered cos I am going to let rip and it won't be very nice!!!

Called by this number twice, but have missed the calls, from reading the above I am glad I did.

They called, I said I wasn't interested, they keep calling.

i get these calls nearly every day and this last call topped it every question they asked me i said yes and eventually the guy asked me was i a mother fu----and he hung up dont know if this will be the end

Don't you just hate them

Having had several missed calls from this number, and having checked it out on here I answered it today and immediately told the caller to stop calling and remove my number from the call list.

The response was that he would have to keep calling until I let him explain the purpose of the call!

He (Shaun (or Shane) James) refused to reveal where they got my number from saying I would have to write in with photo id requesting the info :).

He seemed genuinely surprised that someone who works nights may not appreciate being cold called thus disturbing their rest and repeatedly stated that he 'did not physically know that I worked nights',

The end result was he hung up .

Lets see if they call again.
