My husband and I have each received a call from Microsoft Windows Technical Division indicating that there are numerous viruses on his laptap and on my desktop computer purportedly attaching themselves when using various internet sites although he did specifically mention You Tube.  My husband's conversation revealed Microsoft would instal a secure device at a cost of £130 to safeguard both computers.  How do we know this is a genuine caller.
