Pls do not answer the call from this no., they are scammer!! Ask you to provide ur credit card details for issuing you a travel discount card. They speak very fast n told you the plenty of benefits of their card. Finally, they will ask you to paid for this card for  RM480!!! I refuse to take the card and they still force you to buy. After hang up the call, I just call the bank to cancel my credit card, luckily they still haven't make the transaction, but now I have to go to the bank to get my new credit card again. WTF!!!

Already cheated many years. They stop calling for few year now they call back. Already lodge police report regarding this issue

"kamu kena bayar dulu second year punya premium barulah kami dapat tolong cancel ni"

Their company Venus Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd already been barred by QBE Insurance (M) Bhd because
too many complaint they have received about this.
BEYOND PAVILLION SDN BHD & NEW VENUS TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD is related company, you will
never get response if you call their customer service dept at 03-62595862 for complaint.
I guess the bank has disclose our details to them otherwise how do they know our details.

Most of the time they will call after office hour, i guess they don't want people to call for verification.

Same thing they told me!!!! But after 3-4 months. I received nothing. No lawyer letter or old policy agreement documents. Such a coward they are. And received call from 0188716445 & 0189464665 & unknown numbers. Called me 6 times per day. They do care bout me, dont they? 😁

They came back active with the new name "Kala Beyond Cards" , please beware.  Get scam for RM 300 4 years ago..... now they still want to continue with the same trick

Always call and ask to pay the premium. If you want cancel it, they will said only can cancel after 2 years. Every time also not same phone number and not same the person incharge. Currently they call no show number only show private number. Becarefull & Don't pick up this type of phone number.

I'm a victim too from this Venus Travel, they told to pay for 2nd year to cancel the insurance but it's cheat too.
now comes again said that the system show my name and many acc i got. TT

they are using new tricks now, they are using whatsapp message to tell you that you got red letter / legal document from legal department. just block the number, this tactic is only are to scare those who dont know insurance will lapse automatically if didnt pay

Same keep calling you and offer credit card voucher RM480 for two years. And the malay lady very rude to speak. I ask her why bank using personal handphone number called she said this is another department. Don't believe on them anymore. Just block their number.

Finally call back this year 2021.. alrdy call a year 2020.. pls be aware
