Received a call from a 0192 phone number claiming to be part of the police service.

live in sweden, got a call from +0192, seems to be a "pocket dial" (don't know if thats the correct term in English). just people making noises in the background.

Got a call from +0192. Claimed to be from Microsoft and just hanged off.

Just got a call from this number, started saying he was from Microsoft, and a lot of noise in the background. Then it became quiet, but the call was still connected. Then I just hung up. Usually they claim to have noticed something wrong with your Windows computer, and try to install a trojan on it with your help. DON'T EVER DO ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU TO!! But you can play with them if you want to drive up their phone bill.

I just got a call from this number (+0192). I answered the call but they just hung up on me. I heard a woman in the background though. Weird number. Probably a scam company or something.

I got a call from this number. A woman claimed to be from Microsoft Windows technical department and said I had virus problems, but that they could show me how to fix it on my computer. I 'm pretty sure that it was a scam, and hung up and blocked the number.

I sent an e-mail to the Police in hope that they can stop this people. The only people they hurt at old and more simple minded people, it's cruel.

This number have now called me twice..and from the comments I've read I won't be answering next time they call.

The first time they called, I answered by accident, but there was only noise and they hung up. But now They've called me nine times since yesterday, and super early in the morning too! I've blocked the number, but I haven't found anything on this number in Norway. I don't know if this is useful to anyone..

+0192 have called like 5 times. Answered ones and a woman with some kind of language answerd. Don't know what she said. No respond to my hello.

Seemed to be a 'phishing attempt' from some call center, with badly accented indian accents with a lot of noise in the background (a lot of people chatting)... It seems to be organized phishing attempts, first time I've been called, and I don't like it, going to block the number.

I recently had some real computer problems and i tried calling microsoft customer support but they were on holiday or something. And today this number have called me 3 times, is this a convenience?

Yes ,it is just a coincidence. Let these scammers into your computer and you will find out what Real problems are. Go to the Windows website for help or to arrange a call from them as Microsoft never call without your permission.

Today at 8:30 and 8:59 AM there was an unknown number calling me. Got so pissed because I woke up from this. A number of +0192 called me at 2 PM. I suspect they sometimes hide their own numbers but it's shady, because I'm from Norway not USA. I haven't picked up but based from Tobias comment it must be a prank by the "microsoft people".

I'm from Norway too! They called me twice before 9 AM but they hid their number (unknown number). I assume it was them calling me because that number showed up at 2 PM. They just called me again for the 4th time.
