This lot keep calling me and won't take the hint that I'm not interested!

We get this number 3-4 times a day. However,we can see who is calling so don't bother picking up.

Very rude people, annoying as hell..

Called me today, idiots went to answer phone then hung up.

We are registered on the telephone preference service but these people have rang at least twice that i know of.

I get these guys calling me all too frequently, when I answer the phone they always ask for a "Mr xxxxx" which is not my second name, so i say "Hang on, i'll go get him for you" press the mute button and leave the phone off the hook... sometimes they'll hold on for a good 5 minutes.

been ringing for me about 4 times a day. See the number so do not answer. Like the idea of putting them on hold with the mute button.

Just had them ring me today. Silent pause when I said my number. I put phone down when I realized its a silent call. I have logged the number in my phone saw when caller ID detects it I wont answer phone

Always good to have a phone that you can allocate phones tunes too saw you no right away

Just had yet another call from them I rang the number just said I been contacted today by Homeserve, never heard of them. No, leave my number to stop them hounding my like some companies have. Isnt this illegal? It bloody well should be.

Homeserve - a legit Co. who sell drains & plumbing cover cheap.  Very keen for more biz though.....

I answered with my company name as I was expecting a call. They just made up a name of someone they wanted to speak to - idiots

these guys keep calling i don't know what they want...

We have an ex-directory number and they still call!

They are harassing my disabled father with several phone calls a day.  We get rid of similar calls from Acorn Stairlifts and the next day this lot start!  Its so upsetting and annoying for dad.

Best thing to do if you answer the phone to anyone like this is tell them that you want some info, they will send you a load of stuff then return the prepaid envelope back to them with some junk of your own in it, it will cost them money, the only downside is they then have your address but if like me you are an ex customer they will have it anyway, I love sending prepaid envelopes back with rubbish in, if we all did it it might stop the pile of junk mail that comes through your door and the cold calls that everyone gets.

They've phoned up about 8 times so far today. And it's the same every night. You'd think they'd get the hint after a while... Surely?

thes people n#must have the telephone lists from northwest water as when they rang me they asked for my wifes maiden name the only thing our house still has under that. Not a good thing when big organisations are selling information ubless these people are actually a compant owned by then!

Homeserve selling insurance - central heating, plumbing and mains electrical breakdown. Use customer lists from present and previous customers also if you used to be a Servowarm customer.

Answered the phone - no one there - we're on TPS so they shouldn't be calling as we have had no dealings with them in the past
