I received a call from 01924587000 today at 15.15, it is my home insurance broker explaining that they have changed my policy to another company due to my existing insurance company closing business. Everything seemed legitimate.

Keep getting calls from this number aswell, but i dont have home insurance! They dont leave a message either

when i answered the call, the line started ringing which means its an automated dialer, be someone trying to sell something. just ignore them is my advice

Received a call from this number yesterday afternoon and the man asked for me by name. As soon as I verified my name he put the phone down. I called the number and a message said 'sorry that you missed our call we will call again' or words to that effect. It seems very dodgy.

I got a call too, pisses me off this kinda thing. Sayin hello line went dead......

got a call this mornin then phone went dead.

i answered and no one spoke and the call was ended. Bizarre!

A call from then here today but no message.

Same here, phoned me but left no message. Suggest avoiding and don't pick up

Same thing got about 5 calls within 2 hours didnt answer any cos i was lyin in bed but when i tried to ring back i got the message 'sorry you missed our call we will try agin later' weird my advice is to ignore the b%s$a£ds!

Got a call from this number today at 14:50, but didn't answer because i was busy, tried calling them back and it said 'sorry you missed our call, we'll try again later.' i don't have home insurance or anything, but it's frustrating because you want to answer these calls incase they are from banks, or insurance details, phone etc.
I agree with others don't answer, or if you do, don't give ANY details over the phone, I've always heard that if insurance companies or banks etc need any details from you, they will always write a letter especially if it's bank details! if you have given bank details just make sure you keep an eye on your statements.

got a call from someone today saying that they were from a company called direct choice asking for a friend of mine who lives at a different address,said he would call back later,not sure how they got my number as phone is in my name and i'm ex directory

this number has been calling me none stop its a brand new number and dont understand where they've got my number from. they've called me today at 19.27, 17.42, 11.46 and 11.38 and 20.00 yesterday

They called and I answered, she asked to speak to me, I told her I was speaking then she said ok i'll call another time.  What was the point of that.
