They called me on my mobile while I was on the phone in another call, so missed the call.
On my callback; "I'm sorry you missed our call, we were trying to reach you regarding your insurance polissehh" (Gotta love the West Yarksher accent!) ;)
Maybe the number displayed is that of a callcentre which is currently used for insurance surveying purposes.
I wouldn't say the company is malicious in its ways, just a bit unsavory in its presentation to (potential?) customers. A flag that comes up if it's a malicious caller is sometimes that the inbound number would be withheld or from a mobile number (companies do choose occasionally to use premcells to reduce call costs).
My car insurer is Direct Choice via Confused.com but like everyone else, there was no mention of any company name on callback. At least we know that the 01 prefix of the number isn't going to sting us a premium charge for the phone call.
I reckon it's just an insurance agent looking for customers, but well worth keeping an eye on in case more calls are made.
