silent phone call

this n umber has called x 15 today,nobody answers.grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I've had 5 calls from 0192685917 in 12 hours. They are very difficult to understand so couldn't make out the name of the company - which they were all quite reluctant to tell me anyway. They insisted they wanted to 'protect my Sky box' but didn't know what type of Sky box I had so clearly nothing to do with Sky itself. Won't take no for an answer. I've told them to remove me from their list but they just keep calling both my mobile and house phone.
