I got 24 hours crazy calls from AEON Bank since last 2months. Already explain to them everything and i hope that they will consider my problems. Before this, I have no problem in paying for a year. The real situation is they keep calling me and my parents. The way Mr Kelvin talk to my parents like ahlong style and threatened us "your name will be blacklisted immediately". They some how buli my parents and give some ideas like "pergi pinjam duit kat kawan" or "pandai pinjam, cepatlah bayar". This situation almost everyday and ive got stuck because we are doing family business. This problem is family problem too. This is the number who obsess to call us:

Please, i dont know what to do. This crazy callers make our life miserable. I need some advice here.

The only way to settle your problem is you HAVE to pay them. As far as i know, they will keep calling you to make you pay for your loan even if you had tell them your problem. They WILL NOT consider your problem because they are just same like 'AH LONG'. I've experienced once where they didn't get to call me, they call my office direct line and tell my colleagues that i 'lari dari bayar hutang', just because i have one month outstanding payment.

My friend holding a AEON credit card, but he din not paid for few months, my friend put my number as emergency number without my permission. Every time this stupid AEON will call me ask me to inform my friend to paid it, i said what i can do i already do, he paid u or not is not my problem. sometime the Aeon ask me to paid on be half my friend, if not i going to blacklisted by Bank Negera, i won get any loan as well. i tell them i won do that, i not guarantor for my friend i won do that and please stop calling me!!!

I also have a same problem before.. they also threatened me and almost every day they had try to call me but i always ignore their calls. Until oneday they stop calling me after i have sent an email to the HQ and report on their staff behavior and i also threatened them to report to the National Consumer Complaint and to the police about them... after a while one of their officer had sent back their feedback and ask me to contact them as they will try to solve my problem in a good way. By now i have settle my payment after they reduce the amount as what i can pay every month.

I was once chased and disturbed by them. 1 day almost 10times they call. I also alreasy explained my problem but they dont care. Received an sms by them said 'we will send someone to ur house and u have to pay lum sump'. I replied the sms and said i will lodge a police report and mention her name (liased with her every mth). She suddenly slow done her 'tone' and said lets discuss baik-baik.

Then after a while I made a reshedule payment and i have to bear the interest 1k ++.

Nord, just make ur minimum paymt.do not reshedule ur payment, bcos sangat rugi!

The most interesting thing is, i befriend with this aeon staff. I was shocked to know that she's only 19 and sangat budak-budak. So guyz, if they threaten u like that, just ignore. They said things to make u scared and they want to chase thier commission thats all.

These people are crazy. They work in a syndicate. I have been a victim. Now I'm playing revenge by not answering their calls. I saved all these scam numbers as scam. Let them waste their time and energy making calls to me who will never ever answer their stupid calls. I wish them hell.

they keep calling me every month about 1 week before due date and ask to pay.n i dont have any outstanding payment..wtf...due date is due date...its even pass the date...stupid n babi  punya aeon
