I am getting a call from this number and no VM

Left message saying it was urgent and to quote refewrence number

they called me twice and asking me to call them back i dont know who they are if any one can help me by tell me who is that ARC

I had a call from them today. I am ex directory so how they got my number I do not know. I say Hello so sweet and nice, they say is this Miss ........ I say yes then I put it on the table and restart the t.v. Not long before I hear the pitch that they put the phone down

I had a call today from this number. They asked to speak to my daughter and they new her name. I said she wasn’t available and they ask if she could call them back. Said it was urgent and called themselves arc euroupian. Have no idea who or what it’s about
