someone just called me using this number. some chinese speaking gal. after I told that I am not interested in her survey, she scolded me and hung up immediately

I just received this phone call today at 2:01pm SGT time. I said hello very softly then I did not talk. After which, the person hang up the call. I went to search online and realized that it was a phone scam whereby they will either ask you to do a online survey or your child is being kidnapped- there will be a recording when you can hear a the boy shouting in Chinese that "Help me, Mama"

Hi, i just received this phone call as well. When she asked me whether i could speak Chinese. i hang up straight away. Any idea would there be additional charges of the phone bill when picking up this number?

I just got a call from this strange number as it did not show the area code, I guess this is a call from a fraud group aiming to gain from phone charge.

I'm second day in China and got this call too. But I dind't hear it and didn't take the tube... Now I think I did it right :)

Just now I received calling from this number, connected, after I said hello. hung. about 6 seconds. No any voice from peer.
I'm from China, my mobile is CMCC number, but now I'm in NJ
