This number keeps calling 02030043198, tonight it rung and I could not answer straightaway, I did 1471 and tried to ring it but it would not dial, I contacted the operator and they said it was Greater London but it did not accept incoming calls.

this phone number 0203 004 3198 have called me on 01-09-08 and 02-09-08 saying that they are from Homme Office (Goverment) saying that i was ilegal in this country and asked my father in law if he had direct debit of Visa cart to pay for something that hi did not understand what he was saying.

so if they call you just hung up the phone (i am not ilegal by the way :P lol )

i receive calls regurlary from an asian sounding man from phone no 0203003198 who allready knows the mane of a family member when told to go away, he phones back about 5 times in 10 minutes & then just's hangs the phone up each time.if there not hanging up the phone they just call back asking to speak to the same person,when told that person dosen't live here anymore they phone backat least 3 times a week, sometimes 5 times a day.

Caller sounded african, and he spoke so fast I didn't understand one word he was saying. I asked him to slow down talking. after 3 mins. i said sorry I dont understand you and hung up

Got a call from the same number.  I was told they were authorised by the UK Government to stop all interest from credit cards and loans that I may have.  When I asked how they got my details I was told they were acting on behalf of the UK Government - go figure!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had this number ring and then it rung again within 3 mins. Would love to know how they get our number. i usually let my husband answer and he asks them for their number so that he can phone them when it is convenient to us i.e 2am when they're in bed!!! they usually hang up and don't phone again.

Had three calls today,asian bloke going on about government scheme to clear all your debt ??? told him not interested and hung up.Hope he gets the message.

hi ive calls from these idiots as well about some debt management crap i keep telling them not to call and its illegal to call a ex directory and a number on the tps but they still keep doing it

I had a call from this number from "Global program management". He said that he was a UK government agency called IVA concerned with helping people with debt. The website that he gave me was www.iva.co.uk.

He said that he was based in Leicester but when I said that I am on the telephone preference database not to receive calls like this he then said that he was ringing from South Asia.

He kept asking me what unsecure debt did I have - again and again. He had my husband's full name. He said that he got this name from a commercial databate of financial information. I suspect that he got it from the telephone book.

When I said this is personal information and refused to tell him, he kept saying that this wasn't fraud. I told him to send me a letter or info instead - he refused.

This number has stated to call myself today. As already reported when you try to call back the number is not recognised

always getting these calls from a cora in a call centre, they either dont talk or say they are from 3g, i say im from leeds f*** off, they still call back, retards.

just got another from them, he asked for the person who had this number before me, then he started talking to me,said he was from global something i just hung up on the prick. told ntl about this and they said i would have to pay for a new number, its there fault for giving numbers to people asoon as theve cut someone off.
