Just had this number ring me twice this morning. When the answerphone kicked in, the phone went dead.

For a start this guy couldnt even pronounce my sirname, our number is ex directory because my partener is a bank manager, i have no idea this asain guy could possibly have got our house number, i dialed the number this morning and an asian Guy said "3c survey company, how can i help?" no idea what the hell this is all about!

This num calls me at least 20 times a day .its very annoying. I just pick the phone up and hang up now.
It was an asian lady who seemed to know my name buttold her she has wrong number.

Getting about 3 calls a day from this number. Did a check on directors and trading addresses.

GETS CALLS DAILY FROM THESE TRIED RINGING BACK NO ANSWER BEST THING I,VE DONE IS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH BT AND ASK FOR CHOOSE TO REFUSE THIS IS WHERE YOU CAN ENTER ANY PHONE NUMBER AND IT WILL BAR THE NUMBER FROM CALLING AGAIN

I've had calls from these boys twice a day for a fortnight.

this number has been ringing for weeks and sometimes it is dead on the other end...so im thinking they are ringing many and its the 1st one to answer....when he does speak he says he is from the government doing a survey.....well his mannner is NOT of a genuine survey worker...very suspect in my opinion.

yeh same thing, he is definately asian , most likely connecting from india thats why the line gets cut off. more than 8 calls aday.
all the same things as said by above people.its very annoying.
he gives an english sounding name.
yeh lets all send a complaint to offcom.
its bad enough when you try to phone your local bank you get connected to india, but this is just pathetic.

Called Mrs Parmar on the number above who denied link with City Credit Management Limited. Understandable because if you google "Dakesh Parmar" some quite interesting sites are returned. "Moneyexpert" and "Mortgageangels" both give her mobile number as 07973505976.

These people are trying to sell mobile phone contracts for 3G they are a bunch of W**kers.

These calls have been coming in to us now for about 6 to 8 weeks, ranging from 2 or 3 a day, up to 10 or 12 (today, so far, I've had 11 since 9.00am).  Every time it's a different Asian sounding voice, every time I mention TPS, start of being quite nice with them til the point I feel like wringing someone's neck, and I get the responses of "we'll take you off the list" to "sorry boss" (!!!) and even "so what's your problem"!!!Something needs to be done about this lot - I had a conversation with a colleague who said his elderly mother (when I say elderly, I'm talking late 80's) is being constantly harrassed by these idiots.  Not only that, but they won't say where they've got their info from - one knew my name, my address, my date of birth.  Talk about IDENTITY THEFT!!!

The number for Haines Watts, the trading address of City Credit Management, has been changed to 0116 276 2761.

Don't bug Haines Watts. I get the impression that CCM are the reason they've had to change their number.
They've come up with 0116 268 9900 for CCM

Have just phoned CCM. Got quite a good response and a promise to remove number. Telling them that I regard the calls as harassment and will invoice them £100 on each and every occassion probably helped - pointing out that further calls would be treated as acceptance of a verbal contract.
Checked that they record all calls so it will be difficult to wriggle out of.

Worth a try.

Have been getting these for a week now, just answer and hang up. Got 3 today so googled it and this page came up with every one else who has had problem. Logged a complain with ofcom as suggested.

Have now written to Company Secretary of CCM with formal request to remove me from their list. Suggest take this step because Information Commissioner can't act unless you prove that you've asked them not to call you.

Just had a call from this number, Asian guy, couldn't really hear what he said first off but he asked if I had any unsecured debts, I just told him I'm not interested and hung up. Needs to mind his own business!

this number has called my phone 10 times today already...getting VERY fed up now.

Wants to ask questions, persistent caller, nuisance.
