In the last few days, I have had 2 phonecalls from this number, informing me in an American/Canadian accent that I've won a Carribean holiday. All I have to do (apparently) is press 9. Needless to say I did no such thing, this is obviously a scam of sorts.

"Congratulations" etc Clearly a scam

Same call (third time)  - some American woman saying won some cruise and to press 9.  Do not understand how they are getting away with this as it preys on the more vulnerable.  Total scum.

I coudn't get to the phone,but it must have rang for three minutes,no idea who these people are but they certainly persist!

on the 06/01/2011 at 17.52, phone rang, picked up receiver only to hear a prerecorded messege starting to say , CONGRATULATIONS,,,, before anything else was said, I  slamed the phone down.
i dialed 1471 this gave me the above Number.
WHO ARE THEY?

i just had a call at 13.38 with the same message to press 9 lucky enough id been on nights and just switched it off, but some people will be vunerable.

Received call from this number at 16:00hrs today.

Have just received same call about winning carribean holiday. Im on TPS but still this call gets thru'. Tried tracing it but got nowhere

Had one of these calls yesterday.  Possibly the same organisation that sounds a ship's foghorn when you pick up the phone, followed by "This is your captain speaking.."  Do these individuals think we are stupid?  Yet another caller to which I shall allocate my special "Nuisance Caller!" ringtone - then I'll not need to bother picking up the phone.

4.35 pm 7 January  got a call from 02030263650  - rang about 6 times when I answered there was nobody there.  II hung up.  I live in Aldershot Hampshire.  I have much more important things to do with my time than answer pointless phone calls.

this number calls me frequently.  Caller ID on phone says international but this number comes up when I do 1471.

Had this call today. I hung up straight away. When I tried 1471 it was still in my line blocking me from making any calls.

Same comment - Congratulations, you have won a Carribean holiday, in a nice sweet voice... And No Way I will press NINE to see what you have to offer.
Would be great to be able to track them down. They only have called once sofar.

Had this number ringing me twice today starting with "CONGRATULATIONS .........."  I just slammed the phone down
