Its a Natwest automatic voice message asking you to do a small survey. I just had made a transaction with Natwest so thats why I had the call.

Just signed up for telephone banking so it's a survey call for Natwest (after trying to nag me to upgrade my account they now phone-hassle me to do a bloody survey!) Sheeesh....

Called me today, same thing but on answer phone.
I had contacted them but did not answer this.
They have already tried a few times to get me to up grade

I am not a Natwest customer, nor have I had any dealings with Natwest.

This is the second time that I have had a call from this number, stating that it is a short Natwest survey and that I have recently had contact with them (which I have not.)

I called them back the first time, a couple of weeks ago, and they claimed that somebody had probably mis-keyed my number and that I would not be contacted again.

However, as I have been contacted again I intend to make an official complaint.

I'm getting calls from this number but I have nothing to do with Natwest and never have. So not impressed.

This number keeps calling my mobil and when I answer there is nobody on the line

Yes, same here.  I had just put the phone down having called NatWest about my "new" account and got a call straight away asking me if I wished to complete a satisfaction survey!

Hi just to let everyone know on this site that calls from this number is not from Natwest, i have had a call from this number this morning pushed option 2 and hungup the phone. contacted Natwest and was told that they do not use the 02 number.
I would surgest to anyone to contact their phone company as i have just done so that it can be logged as fraud on your line and if your with virgin media they were very helpful and was told that a log had been put on my account and would not be charged if and when anything occurs on that number it will be looked into

Thank you! Same here. Just paid a bill on the phone. All I heard was "Are you happy to continue?" on my answerphone. dialled 1471 for the number.

missed call on my mobile,message left on answerphone re survey,next day 2 text messages re- an account i do not have, i am not a NatWest customer,i will phone them to clarify this,hopefully not another scammer just a miss print of phone number.
