Just had a silent call from this number and found that it has not yet been reported as a nuisance caller. A quick internet search shows the number is related to the Guangzhou area in China. So they have no business to be calling me, I suspect it to be scammers.

I have just received a call from 02031291891, but I didn't answer, so don't know who called, I see that 0203 nlumbers could be from London, but it looks like it could be a sales call and I am not interested in being pestered by sales calls, so shall bar this number, at least for now.

2nd time this number has called , first time was a silent call . This time it was and Asian female, when I said the person they asked for wasn't there she hung up . Fed up with scamming Asians !!!

I had a call from this number this morning - no-one there.  I tried calling back and was met with "The number you have dialled has not been recognised.  Probably a scam.

just called, but the number showed 0442031291891 (044 being the international dialling code for the Uk!)..
I didn't answer and the call ended after about 5 rings..

Am really fed up with these calls. Would like to know how they got my number as we are ex.

Just had a call from this number. Rang off when I answered. Wont' be answering it again unless I have a whistle to hand.

Just received a call from this number, no one answered, another silent call.  Anon wonders how his number was obtained.  One source of phone numbers is "The Data Octopus Homeowners Database" (thedataoctopus.co.uk/b2c).  I was given the name of this company by an Asian call centre.  I makes interesting reading.  Databases such a this should be banned by law from holding phone numbers that are ex directory and registered with the TPI (Telephone Preference Service).

Received silent call from this number (had several calls to do survey over last 2 days think it was the same number).  Did 14713 and call answered by chap (all asian) who said he was from Choice UK.  Unable to find company with this name.  Number is new London number esp. for business.  Think used by call centres abroad diverted through UK number to bypass blocks.  I'm ex-directory so believe number has been sold on by (probably) Sky, as I think they are the only ones with the number.  They started since I signed up with them.  Don't remember being asked if I minded being sent 3rd party offers (which normally means they can sell your details to all and sundry.  I have registered on TPS, will wait to see if it stops them.

Keep getting called from this number, they ask for someone i have never heard of, then hang up when I explain they don't live here. really fed up of it.

Keep getting silent calls from this number. What can we do to stop them?

1471 revealed a nuisance caller coming from  02031291891. Caller [asian accent] said they were conducting a "survey". Told them to get lost. Caller said he would not and that he would continue to call over and over again. I told him to get lost a second time and never call again He repeated his threat. Is this threat a crime? It ought to be.

I have received silent calls from this number before but this time the caller was on the line. They professed to be from Tulip Communications. At this stage the girl said that it was a follow up call for an enquiry about my request for TCP (a service I already have).She went on to say that she had my bank details and just needed to verify my card details and that a payment of 49.00 had already been taken from my bank account. When I stated that I have never requested this product and would not supply my details I was passed to "Martin" a supervisor who continued to try and get my card details. I asked both to provide me with a copy of the call in which I agreed to this and for them to give me details of which account the payment was removed they hung up.

Just had a call from this number. i am registered with TPS but it seems to count for nothing. Nobody there when I answered I wonder what the point of it all really is.

Got a couple of silent calls from this 02031291891 number.  Blocked with CPR Call Blocker, so fingers crossed all now blocked!
