02-0360-0172

tel number 0203600172 is from a debt collection agency - BUCHANAN CLARK & WELLS. When they call I first ask who is calling, if they ask about a person just say who? never heard of him, If they ask who you are tell them it's none of their business, your number is private, and that if they continue to disturb you, you  will report them you for harassment calling. After awhile the calls stop. These debt collection agencies are bound by pretty strict rules that must be followed. Never offer them payment, your better off contacting your debtor directly.
