If you decide not to go ahead, you can call tomorrow to cancel and contact your bank to cancel the continuous payment authority the Neon Models may have on the card you paid the £50.  It will stop them trying to take anymore money out.

You may want to send them an email now to cancel and send another one to Krypton Studios.  With something in writing, you can then prove that you cancelled.

Omg I just got done by them I payed the deposit £50 and I'm not impressed. we sat on the phone for over an hour the lady is such a great sales women but don't get fooled like me. First I signed up to neon models online  then received a call from Kelly at vanilla models  :/ I was so confused.
I have been booked for Thursday I didn't have a chance to read about the reviews before I booked.
I'm going to go and just play it cool.
I got way to excited packed a massive suit case as they tell u to bring loooads of clothes to change into now I'm going to bring a small bag not logging a suit cases around London.

Then they make u talk to Krypton Photography person :/ I was so confused as the name changed three times.
Wish me luck I'm dreading it and after reading about this I'm defiantly just going right into storm modelling agency like a normal person as you don't need a whole portfolio to become a model all that sales talk is lies.

If they was just honest it would make more sense as I just really want some decent head shots done :(
Dishonest ppl will always remain dishonest.
Fresh faced and confidence is all u need. To make it.

This company is pathetic.. I applied for them and was expecting to be there having a photo shoot this week I read this and cancelled straight away. For starters you can tell the company is a fluke. I applied for neon model, got a call back from vanilla models and then got a welcome package from kyrpton academy! This was the first sign. 3 different names for one agency I think not. Then they spoke about a £50 deposit I thought ok well thats fair enough, made the payment,  until I read up on model tips/ways to avoid scams that you don't need to pay any money at all and that the agency should ask for height, weight, waist and bust size etc.. when I spoke to an ex model about this instantly they said it was a massive scam.. you should not have to pay any money for anything , even a portfolio.. I confronted kyrpton and they denied all as expected. I then blocked my credit card so no money cold be transfered.. DO NOT USE NEON MODELS. VANILLA MODELS OR KRYPTON ACADEMY they are total heartless con-artists... I hope you read this and prevent from being scammed.. lets get this company of fraudsters shut down!!

I uploaded my daughters picture to Neon models on  Saturday as a spur of the moment thing to see if anything happend or came of it. Following Monday, Zara from Cherry Models calls me to tell me how beautiful my daughter is and that they want me to come down to London for a £800 photo shoot that they will pay for all I need to do is pay a  £50deposit to ensure that if booked we will definitely turn up. I thought this all seemed legit. After I got off the phone I googled Cherry Models and absolutley nothing came up, I then saw they had sent me an email which was from Jamie@VanillaModels. In the email it contained a website www.londonfashionstudio.net I went on the website and again it all seems legit, saying that the building is in Oxford Circus area. They have a contact form to fill in for enquiries so I thought I would drop them a message asking if they had heard of Cherry Models and was it a legit company but when I pressed send it said that they had reached thier limit or something so the message didnt send.. i then googled Vanilla models and found this thread which had  basicalky confirmed my suspicions and I wont be giving any £50 deposits!
Beware of the name 'Cherry Models; Modelling Elite' and the number 0203 700 8312

What a load of rubbish!! This is no doubt an employee of Neon models - unfortunately for you your 1 positive comment is no comparison to the abundance of negative feedback! I was scammed out of £50 which I've given up on (might as well hold onto it as you guys need it more than I) I won't rest until something has been done about this company! After researching I have found that This company has traded off several names, vanilla models was closed down. PLEASE people do not fall for this scam! My daughter was on cloud 9 when she was told she had what it takes (I have no doubt that she does) so paid the deposit, alarm bells rang when I notices 'krypton studios' took the money from my account instead of 'cherry models' who I paid the money to, after researching I had to sit my daughter down and explain, she's upset to say the least! I called the agency and told them I want my deposit back and was passed over to a rude, arrogant man who informed me "we don't want you there anyway, we'll refund you in 4-5 days!" Well see... I've spoken to trading standards. My brother works for a leading law firm and is looking into the company. To me it's not about the money, I want something done to prevent children being used as pawns for these despicable people!!

The only difference is the names because they have changed their names many times due to people find out that its a scam and it is a big scam so just cut them off. They are only a makeover studio. They rip you off and tell you have passed the selection process when everyone passes anyways and they make you pay a deposit and then rip you off with a portfolio. The owner of all the same companies is called Chelsea Singh. They give you a list of agencies after you have got the portfolio and most of the links are porn sites. It's a full on scam so people please beware
