    Bryan Carter Solicitors purport to be a firm of UK solicitors. Im sure one of their employees may have qualified in the legal profession, but they are basically a debt collection firm. Constant calls on different numbers and vast quantities of mail is the way that they chase debt. Im sure under FSA rules multiple phone calls chasing debt constitutes harrassment. I read that on the Consumer Action Group website some time ago.
