Missed a call from this number, tried googling it could not find anything, looks like a dodgy number

I too just received a missed call from the number +353 21 233 8699... with nothing on google - seems sus.

I had a call Ioff this number answered but it was just silent

has anyone answered this number yet??

just called them back...its UPC.. voice recording.. they will be in contact with us again apparently. hold tough

Getting calls from this number , I have blocked it as I have a iPhone but some how they can still text me saying you have missed a call from me today lalala. I don't no how they can still text me when I have all calls and text blocked

its UPC trying to sell you services, or trying to get you to upgrade.

It just keep calling me every 2 days,and alway hang up when I answer it,it is so annoying

It's not upc because I answered and they hung up ! I'm getting them everyday from different numbers so annoying

I keep getting phone calls from this number no idea who it cause  it goes quite when i answer

I've just started getting these calls, I wasn't able to answer the calls sometimes, and I recognised the 021 at the start it's UPC, I've answered it twice and it hung up straight away. Bit worried that it could be a scam, going to block the number, just to be on the safe side.

I keep getting calls from this number I rang UPC they said that it is not them. They haven't been in touch with me in 3 months. I tried to ring the number back but it says that it is UPC but its not. UPC has told me not to answer it so im not.
