Then called again on  021 238 0596 at 11:55.

This is a genuine apple number, it is not a spammer and they are very helpful. You should not feel the need to decline this call has you can be safe in the knowledge that it is an official operator at the other side. Always accept this call.

Genuine Apple line..helped me solve a phishing email.

Says they are Apple, but I don't have an Apple product. Call is possibly coming from Ireland. If you select option 1 to speak to someone you just get put on hold. I hung up after a while in case I was paying, as selecting option 1 results in a dialing tone.

I didn't listen to the message. After the third call I placed the number on my barred calls and texts list.

Not sure if genuine or not. Put on hold for long time. Will now wait to  see if i have been charged for this call before i try again.
