keep getting silent cools and then had this number call  02476992624 I did not anser the call just puled out the phone from it.s sockets or pick  the phone up and put it down again treat away

Silent call from this number at 15.41hrs today.  From some of the comments, it seems the silence is preferable !!!!  I am also on the telephone preference list - waste of time?

had a call from this number today, and an indian man asked for me by name, so I asked him, in a very aggressive way,  what do you want to speak to me for? and he put the phone down lol

Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn’t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. This time my hubby took the call and he asked for me (he knew my name) .When my hubby refused he started being abusive to him as well.
I have been getting calls from this number everyday @ 18.00 since then. As my hubby was picking it up no one spoke. But today unfortunately I picked up the call and as soon as he asked for my name I said no one with that name was here. But this guy knew it was me as stated using obscene language towards me. Thing like ‘love u’,’f*** u’ etc.
I just spoke to my phone company who tried to trace the company without any luck. They said it better to report it to police or block this number. He also said if these are associated with a call centre in India nothing can be done about them.
Can’t we do anything about these companies?

Received a call from this number but when I answered it and did not speak they hung up!

Accordling to 'Bradley' they are from Consumer Reasearch. They have been calling me even though I have been asking to removed from their list and we are on the telephone preference service and ex dir.

These calls happen daily. I have tried to find the campany as they call themselves and can't find out who they are. TPS does not seem to weed this annoying phone caller out.

Have done some digging about through the multiple entries about this online, both for this number and for the two other related numbers. My curiosity was peaked when one reverse directory page included a googlemaps (maps.google) entry for an address appearing to be in London Road Cemetery, London Road, Coventry.
Upon closer inspection, the review for this address says that it is "A cul de sac in the Technology Dept. of Coventry University.

My intention is to check with the University tomorrow.

harassment from this number

I've got a call blocker and this one will be added to the blocked list.

Another phone pest. Asked for me by name then when I asked who was calling he hung up. TPS = useless.

They've started calling me too. Never answer it. Anyone harassing me with numerous phone calls I just refer now to the Information Commissioner's Office on www.ico.org/complaints. They'll deal with it, especially if they're being abusive

I got sixteen calls in two days all silent. v
ery unnerving when you live on your own.

Called today (Saturday) Indian sounding chap who certainly knew my name, address and, obviously, telephone number. Kept emphasizing "he would never call me again" once he had the information he required.  What this was, I never found out, since the line quality, and his accent, were so bad that I had to keep asking him to repeat himself, and eventually he hung up.

Like others, I'm getting numerous calls from this number. Guy screamed down the phone that I was a f*****g fat [***] [***] today when I wouldn't talk to him
