Heavily accented Indian chap called selling Holiday Coupons for $99 from "Flexi Family". When pressed for credibility they gave there website which after following links showed $99 buys you a bunch of expired shop a docket coupons.

When pressed this Indian call centre gave me the number 02 6100 2959 ... and reckoned they were calling a Mr Woodhouse which is NOT my name ... they also had an addess which is not my address. I do not know if this is a scam or not but I wish Australian companies would not use Indian Call Centres !!!

Same issue. Strong "Asian"accent stating they were from Canberra yet our phone identified the call as overseas. Caller could not give any explanation of why he was not in Canberra. At least this time is wasn't to tell us our computer had a microsoft security issue - not bad when we have a Mac.  Really sick of telemarketers especially when we are on the do not call register.

I got a call from an Indian lady from 0261949095 (she gave me one too many digits there!) saying we had a microsoft security issue as well. Shocking this immoral way of trying to get information or get you on the phone long enough to get some personal details. Makes me sick!

Got a call from these guys. They seem like a bunch of con artists. i was offered cheap holidays to some place the guy could not pronounce. When i made more inquires he gave me their we site http://flexifamily.com.au. i got really annoyed cause i am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER and he was the second guy calling me on the same day from the same company. I called the number on their website and started making inquires, i asked him for their business address and he gave me 14 halford crescent act. looked it up on google and it shows it as a residence. I then asked him for a ABN and he was adamant on not giving it to me. It seems like a scam to me when a business does not want to give someone its ABN.

hi, had a memorable holiday with flexifamily vouchers ,yes indeed because saved a huge money on my accomodation itself, specialy stayed for free in a hotel in goldcoast in purchasing breakfast. got my accomodation on time on sugesting me to inform tthem in 21 days ahead, fantastic.

This site is to report unwanted, unknown and scam calls.  The only people who come on here with positive comments are usually part of the scam.  It would be more believable if you could write in reasonable English, but you give yourself away by your phrasing and grammar. You should be ashamed trying to steal people's money, but remember, what goes areound, comes around and it will happen to you and yours.

u ar rgt, iam not that much familiar in english bcz iwas not born in english,am a slovakian, iam realy ashamed when ppl dont appreciate or encourage when we speak english with what we know,
great humanity,,  ican  find few ppl had comented abt the cold call they had,  to b honest, yes i do ibought this package from a telemarketer who gave me rgt information, so not matter what u buy and were u buy,  doesn matter, check the credabality and histor of the company b4 u purchase, i did it ,so i did purchased bcz everythng sounds fine when i did research abt this concern...
if u want to comment on a concern , pls do verify the history of the concern then come to a conclusion..  am happy with what i have recived,  am happy with flexi vouchers. if u have any doubts do call the customer service number...ppl will answer ur calls bcz they ar legitimate

Just got a call from Selena from SG Planners (located in canberra) saying we 'won' a 7 night accommodation package but had to pay $169 for it.    Total scam.   I'm on the Do not call register so HOW the hell are they able to call????     (only ten minutes before got a call from Natcom offering discount telephone calls but they wouldn't cough up their return number)

oh ghosh i missed it , the agent did called me from an unknown number, i was listening to the coversation to know whats this all about, i cant understand until it was trasfered to supervisor, i didnt bought it because iam jobless... the deal offered was attracting but i couldnt able to afford....
y its an unknown nmber? now i dont have a number to contact you guyz... great work flexi deal.

Same happened to us,got a call from indian accent who said they in canberra but caller id says overseas caller, selling holidays in Australia n NZ for 14 nights for $368 all u had to do was buy breakfast & Dinner at the choosen venue, when looked up the address in canberra it was a shabby looking house & also searched the abn and it came up with nothing, exactly what we would have got in return for our money....its a scam..

Received call from Flexi family selling 7 days accomodation in Australia or New Zealand for $189. valid for 3 years. Claiming to be ringing from Canberra, as we had lived in Canberra asked where all the known suburbs were and they didnt know any of them.  Told to log onto computer, but refused to do so

We bought $189 vouchers from Flexifamily and had a fabulous stay in QLD. The rooms were so spacious and open -- the bed so nice, we are considering ordering one as we slept like babies there. We couldn't have asked for any better at this resort. The serenity pool was picture perfect. The restaurants, location, and room service were amazing. The customer service was superior at all levels. Thanks you for a rememberable vacation - we'll be back!
