Some message about taxation and police coming to my door. Scam

Tax Office Scam, I called and asked a few questions and they hung up. Sounded Indian or filipino . definitely offshore Scam.

Another one here - scam re ATO and cops turning up on your doorstep. Oddly, was doing my taxes at the time and I thought "how did they konw??!!" LOL

Did my BAS, next day calls from this number about going to jail and police - called back and got yelled at by the person who answered. Definitely offshore and some weird scam

Yes US accent recorded message " from prosecutor office on behalf of ATO, call back otherwise police officer at your doorstep" Disturbing!!!

Automated machine voice announcing Police would be on my doorstep if I didn't phone back.  Likely scam.  Have blocked this caller on my phone.

Did you call back and was it fake, as I got the same message, if I wanted to avoid police at my door or at my workplace, I should ring back. My question is, if they don't answer when I call them back, then how can they scam me anyway?!  Duh.

I made the mistake of calling back and wasn't prepared for the onslaught of aggression. They never asked for any personal information from me, but likely because when they asked me to decide on the spot whether I wanted to settle outside of court or deal with police coming to my door with a court summons, I told them I wouldn't respond without consulting a lawyer. They hung up quickly after and I've reported it to the ATO as a scam. Got my heart going!!!

Just had the same thing happen this morning so it is still happening to people . I didnt even answer the phone but recieved the same auto msg

Yep just got it now. Luckily I googled the number. As suspected, scam.
