We have had constant calls from a few of their numbers

I rang today and it was "financial advise centre" No clue why they are ringing us.

The Financial Advice Centre is branch of the telemarketing company CustomCall.

Your records and information is passed on to the Financial Advice Centre by Westpac.

I had these strange numbers call me today as well. I was out of Australia when I received them, and had left my mobile at home. Came back to 4 missed calls from these guys.

I called the numbers after hours, and they each had the same girl asking for a message to be left "Financial Advice Centre and Customer Call (?)"

What are they trying to sell? Financial Advice? 4 missed calls? wah!

4 Calls makes it sound urgent, but they are just a telemarketing company who is moving beyond accepted practices. sheesh!

I received multiple calls - I am on the donotcall register so this is illegal activity.  I encourage all the above people to submit a complaint, and put their number on the donotcall register at: https://www.donotcall.gov.au/

I'm getting calls both on mobile and home #...and they simply hang up.

I was disappointed to be advised that our numbers have been related to prank or scam callers. We are an Australian owned an operated organisation. Our clients consist of blue chip organisations that engage us to assist with their marketing initiatives.

By returning our calls you can reach our team directly during 9am-8pm AEST weekdays and outside those hours an answering machine is available. Whilst we endeavour to return messages within 48 hours, most calls are returned within a few hours.

This number calls and nobody speaks - they just hang up!!  What a rude freaking company and I will be making an official complaint if they keep it up!!!

Stop calling me! They have called me 4 times in the last 5 days!

I'm getting these calls and have wrote to blueprint threatening legal action. These people are distracting my staff and costing me money!

We get 6 to 10 calls a DAY & when you answer it hangs up -One more day & I am reporting this to telstra.

I too am on the National DNC register and was getting at least one of these calls a day. I'd let them go to the answering machine (any 02 8xxx xxxx number gets the same treatment) and no message would be left.

Just for the hell of it I followed CEO's advice above and emailed the dncradmin address, (politely!) asking for my numbers to be added to their DNC register. Within a day they emailed back a very courteous and helpful email. Not only had they now added my numbers as requested, they let me know who they were calling on behalf of. Turns out it was one of my insurers, so the national DNC register doesn't apply. They also forwarded my prefence not to be called back to said insurer. No 02 8023 xxxx calls since. Peace at last.

Definitely give emailing them a go, if you ask me.

I too am on DNCR... this company is about to get a fist of fury from me!

WTF does it hang up when I answer it?
It is really annoying, they have called twice in 2 days....  Grrrrr

Three a day this week, calls coming after 7PM as well, I've reported it to DNC but I don't expect much back. :(

Multiple calls from this number. No message left. Thus, future calls will not be answered. Please stop calling NOW.

i've been getting 2-3 missed calls a day for the last week while ive been working and busy. i didnt no the number as it was an interstate number as im in melbourne. i typed the numbers in google out of curiousity and found this discussion board. looking through all these comments you guys have let me know whos been calling. hopefully they stop calling because its pretty annoying.

they ring me today, and claim they are calling from my bank - HSBC.  When I answer it by "hello", he just say I may be busy, he will call back later. Why he call me at the first place if he assume I am busy ?

I guess they may have tasks to call a certain amount of phone calls everyday which may be monitored by their call center supervisor.

So the caller really don't want to WASTE his time on the phone call after call is answered.

I have $100 for who ever gets the phone number of the "unnamed" CEO of Blueprint Management Group.

Publish it here and everyone can take turns calling him and hanging up on him...
