Constant calls and hang ups or weird messages

missed the call

Got 3 missed calls from this 0280311300. Phone rings twice and then hangs up. I have barred this number... I have actually set call divert so that it automatically goes to voice mail so that they get charged for the call.

we have recieved Several calls from this number, when called back Claims its a Charity! i work for the goverment, and i will be takein the harrasment calls further

I answered a call from this number and the guy claimed he was Scott Hanlon from Find My Super and said I had lots of unclaimed Super which he could track down for me for a charge of $98. he asked me to give me my credit card details over the phone.  I took his number and he also gave me this number - 1300 226 485 which, when i called is not a real company either.  total con artist.  I am contemplating reporting it to the police.

Got missed call. Rang back, just got a beep and disconnected, nothing else.
Looked up and found this page. What the hell is this number about?

they keep calling... about 5 times a day even on weekends, now i just hang up on them. When i call back its for some charity thing?

This number calls me and hangs up when I answer.

Do Not call Back. Each time you call back costs you 75 cents for 1 beep sound and then disconnected.

DO NOT CALL this number BACK, it's a scam. You pay every time you call back to this number just to hear the beep and then the call was disconnected. it cost me 75 cents each call.

i received 2 calls from this number claiming they were from 'find my super' and they wanted $98 and i could pay by credit card,i don't have a credit card so he wanted a friends card details to pay or they could send me paper work to fill out,no paper work has ever got'n to me! & when the guy was persistent for card details i figured it must be a SCAM! a may report them to the police aswell.

Just get a call hangs up after 1 - 2 rings. Call back and just get a hang up.

This phone number is ringing me and hanging up when my answer machine kicks in

Yes spoke to this guy who claimed was from find my super also wanted credit card details didn't give them to him but he has called back 3 times I also think it's a scam

Get calls from this number but no-one talks and can't return call.

Started getting calls myself, first thing I done was google the number which has unfortunately become a pretty standard routine for me the last couple of years with these strange looking numbers. I've been registered at https://www.donotcall.gov.au/ about 7 months now. If they continue to call me I fully intend to report them.

This number calls me everyday.  Refuse to answer, they dont leave a message.  Some people have too much time on their hands I would suggest

I have the same number too and I don't answer them back... Why keep calling my number? How did they get my number? Stupid lame! If they don't stop calling me I will refuse to answer and report them...

caller identified himself as sam, calling on behalf of the state emergency service. I terminated the call.

I do not see how calling back a 02 number with a 5 second message on it costs you 75 cents.  You are been ripped off by your carrier if that is the case.  I don't think you can blame the telemarketers for that.
