“Called and asked for DOB , address and so forth, would not explain exactly who they where, they did mention Human Services. Sounds like a scam to me. He really wanted this information out of us.

You have been notified by my.gov.au; not email, not mail, not a human calling you. Is this legal if anyone but the government did this? I do not think so. Look on your My.Gov account, save the .pdfs and close it out, so they can never do this again. Refuse to use this service.
Finally, how much did Human Services save paying a debt collector when they could have just called or sent a letter? That is our monies being wasted.

If u have an out standing dept with Centrelink these ppl call you to try set up a payment plan

Id like to know if anyone else is getting calls from this number often and at late hours too! I find it a little strange that a supposed debt collection agency is calling people more than once after standard business hours, like 7pm onwards up until midnight !!!!

Human Services would only have passed your debt on to Dunn and Bradstreet after attempting to contact you multiple times and sending you a number of letters.

you do have an outsanding debt but Human Resources DO NOT try and contact you. They say it is up to you to check mygov for messages from them. JUst insane.

They do not contact you first they just send straight to don & Bradstreet they don't even bother to let you know before they do
