Had two calls today,no answer when I answered,have had this problem in the past and it was a betting agency

Received a call from this number on a business line.  They immediately hung up probably because I answered the call with our business name?

It said OVERSEAS on the display with the number.
So, it is the connection point of number in the city from overseas.

I am still recieving random calls,they always hang up shortly after I answer,I have rung them back on another phone several times but it immediately disconnects to an engaged signal after one ring.

Not sure exactly what you are saying but the calls are from a Sydney number,they are ringing my mobile in Qld.

So, these scam calls are coming from overseas through a local number

They just called my house phone, Mum answered they asked for me.  When i said "hello", they said "Is this Matthew"  I confirmed and then they hung up.  Tried calling back with no luck...

It was RAMS home loans sydney, possibly telemarketers..?

Just had a call to my mobile ,tried to ring it back and got "the telephone you have called is unavailable " "please call again later" ?

couldnt answer call at time - when i tried to ring back it said phone was turned off

Just tried to call, and the number is currently Switched off or Unavailable! Weird.

I'm in NSW and have had 3 calls from this number to my mobile today, missed the first two (called around 1500ish) and answered the last time (1915) but got silence and then they hung up. Tried calling back in the afternoon (1630) and again now - but the number is switched off or unavailable...grr.

3 times this number has called me today, i answer it says its turned off, i pick up its nothing and they hang up straight away, pissing me off,

same... driving my dad crazy.

Im getting the same calls.

It calls, you answer, it hangs up. If you try to call back immediately you are told its disconnected or unavailable.

Very weird.

Also just got a call from 02 8061 8280 but hung up straight away. Busy signal when I called back?

i keep getting them calls too i live in north qld anyone know who it is
