InsightCFS is a call centre that raises funds for several Australian Charities. Please be assured that calls from this number are legitimate and fundraising is done with the charities consent. All call lists used by InsightCFS are Privacy Compliant. As insight calls on behalf of Australian Charities call lists are not based of the "Do Not Call Register" as charities are exempt.

If you are receiving calls from InsightCFS, and you wish to be removed from our calling lists please call our customer service team on 1300 365 896 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday. If we are unavailable please leave a message with your phone number and we will remove it the next business day. Alternatively you can fax your details to us on 1300 733 121.

When contacting us, please have handy any and all numbers you would like removed including mobile, work and personal numbers even if you have not yet received calls on this number. That way, we can ensure that you are not bothered in future.

InsightCFS is not the only company doing charity fundraising calling so if you receive any calls from other companies that you do not want to receive we recommend that you ask the telemarketer who called you to ask their supervisor to remove you from all of their calling lists.

If they admit that they know that telemarketing calls provide inconvenience, then why do it?  Oh yeah, that's right - the money they make.  "telemarketing raffles provide a huge boost in funds for our charity clients."  What they AREN'T telling you is that telemarketing raffles ALSO makes lots of money for the telemarketing company as well.  How much of every $1 you donate goes to the actual charity?

I am a shift worker who has paid for a private number and put myself on the "Do Not Call" register, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU CALLING ME! I sleep during the day and when halfwits like you call me I get woken up. The only people who should be calling me are people I have given my number to, I.E. work, family or very close friends, not some halfwit trying to make a buck by flogging raffle tickets....

God i hate this number, they rang 3 times in one hour!!!!!

I have just rang the 1300 365 896 number provided to remove my number off their list. They are most pleasant and helpful. There is about 5 or 10 different charities that call from the 02 number. I had received 4 in the last 2 days. Let's hope they do follow through and take me off their calling list. As for the DO NOT CALL REGISTER, you will need to read all the information as I was on the assumption once you were registered no one should be calling you but that's not the case..........

Registering your number on the Do Not Call Register will not stop all telemarketing calls to your number. Some organisations1 operating in the public interest are exempt from prohibition on making telemarketing calls. You can also still receive calls from market researchers."

I received a call from 0280794700, I didn't answer it but my answering machine did, they didn't even bother to leave a message when asked to politely by the answering machine, maybe they should have a look at the ACMA's "Do Not Call" Register, my number is listed on it so this mob just committed an offence, I should ring them back and tell them to check the do not call register before annoying people with their money making scams,

mateee.... charities are EXEMPT from the "do not call" register... so they aren't committing an offence. the reasons why charities are exempt is because they NEED public funding to operate. and by the way. the "do not call" thing only last for 3 years so if your 3 years are up... you need to re register.

Mate if you are a shiftworker and don't want to be woken up...then put your phone on silent you wombat!

I was previously employed by the highly immoral Insight CFS. Basically what the company is doing is cold calling elderly senile Australians and intimating/pressuring them to purchase raffle tickets via credit or debt card for a charity such as the PCYC or RSPCA etc, which cost $1000.00 dollars or less. I am embarrassed to admit that I once worked for Insight CFS, and I feel so dirty. Hangup, if Insight CFS call you.

When they call, ask to be taken off the list! It is as simple as that! Charity calls are exempt from the Do Not Call register because some people hate telemarketers but love charities
