Yep, I keep getting this number calling my mobile, it's just a beeping when I answer.

Got the same call today, but when I call back it says the number of disconnected...

Calling team of  1000  operators, like an army,  from Malaysian, Ask to  scam Money, Scam.  Block.

Not sure who this was as I could not understand or hear the person properly - I think he may have been Indian - I received a call on both my mobile and home number on Sunday afternoon

An absolute idiot! I couldn't understand him, I asked him to slow down so I could understand. I think he sounded indian. He told me a windows company name but couldn't tell me what state he was calling from. He wanted to know how old my computer was, i told him i wasn't giving him any information and that he we did not run windows> I then hung up!

Got a phone call from this number today. Said our computer had a virus and then tried to get some information about our computer. Could hardly understand them, indian or aisan. Told them we will fix the problem and hung up. Only people who know if yu have a virus in your computer is a computer hacker.

Same as Sarah just above, exactly the same call. Knew it was a scam, I've heard about this before so I let him go on (and on and on...) before letting him offer to fix my PC. Confused him when I told him there's no "Start" menu at the bottom of my screen and I let him tell me there MUST be a Start Menu somewhere.

Finally when he asked me how I start my programs if there's no Start Menu, I told him I click on the Mac icon at the top of the screen. Then he hung up!

I Just received a phone call from this number claiming to be a microsoft engineer wanting to solve my computer problems. These people are scammers and if you let them they will not only get your credit card details from you for payment of their services they will also remotely connect to your computer in an attempt to get personal info such as bank details etc...HUGE SCAM SO BE AWARE!!

Just had this phone number appear on my home phone, when i answered it hung up right away. So i called the number back, and i got a message saying it was not available or disconnected. Was looking up the number to find out what it was.. I do not understand how a number that is not connected can make a call?

Indian lady stating  I have  amount of money to be received from  over charged  bank fees, to collect to go to nearest post office and ask for form and to ring her back to help fill in form.   An administration fee of $100+...... Working for the government, saving on paper cost, only  phone calls

Yeah on the 19-4-2011,got a call on the home phone,saying he needs my help with getting a contract and asked me for $17,000,i had spoken to this guy before ,first time on the Phone (Eric/Donald Jerkins he also goes by the last name of Smith,he sounded very much like Nigerian.I gave him $100 in 2010 thinking he was desperate for help then i didnt hear from him until now.

I rang the Vic Police they have heaps on the above phone number  ignore it or block it out thats what i have done

Just keep on saying What is your phone number ? and were are you calling from. Put them on the back foot. They will hang up i promise

This silly number keeps ringing and not saying anything, just hanging up.  Am gunna swear the next time.  Its happened twice today and its a god darn it saturday, am over it.  Advice please?  Tryed blocking it but couldn't.

Had a call today, and an Indian guy asked me if I was happy with my bank. When I said yes he asked which one, then he called me by the wrong name. When he asked for my full name I got suspicious and hung up.

This number called tonight telling me I could save 30% in my electricity bill without changing my provider. Indian fella. I told him I am on the do not call register so "no thank you"

Had a call from an Indian accented guy from this number at 12-30pm today.  He said (I think) that he was doing a survey to see if I was happy with my bank and called me by my surname.  He asked whether I was happy  with my bank and I replied yes.  

He then asked how long I was with my bank and I told him.  He then asked for the name of the bank and I told him.  He then asked for my first name and I knew it must have been a scam.   I told him that and he hung up.
