For 2 weeks I had a missed call from this number. They did not leave a message for any of these calls. When I finally answered it was a guy from Suncorp wanting to speak to me about my insurance policy. Funny thing was I don’t have insurance with Suncorp, and if they really were from Suncorp then they would have left a message for me to contact them back. He had my full name, phone number and address. I told him that I knew he was a scammer and if he called me again I would report him. He had a good chuckle at that and told me to go right ahead and call the customer service number. I asked for his name and number which was John Tham and he gave me a 1800 number. I didn’t call the number because I don’t know how this scamming stuff works but I spoke to someone at the Suncorp bank the following day. Suncorp don’t have any 1800 numbers and it is company policy that they don’t give out their last names. Nice try "John Tham". I haven't heard from him since.
