i got one to they said they where from coming sure A.P.M.S Sydney. sounded dodgie so i hung up they wanted to talk about lettlers they had sent in the mail. i never got any letters???? dodgie

i think is insurance with the common wealth bank called "comminsure"

got the same call! looks like a telmarketing thing!

I called them back, it is Agon Marketing. (waste of time call)

I get some insurance information in the mail last week from the commonwealth bank, and then as predicted, the phone calls from 0280944435 started today.
LEAVE ME ALONE!!!  

Will it help if I call the bank and ask them to take me off the list?

this number has called me twice today and left no messages.....

I have received 4 missed calls on my pre-paid mobile from 0280944435 in the last 2 days. This is appalling Commonwealth Bank!!  I open an account with you 10 years ago and give my mobile number in-case there are unlawful transactions on my account and you/your employed advertising company bother me on my pre-paid mobile with this unwanted garbage!!!!!  I will make further complaints and contact the ACCC, this is not good enough! I will also look at changing banks. Commonwealth Bank have you thought about the people with pre-paid mobiles that you bother with this?

Same here...getting call from this no from last 2weeks...no idea tht might be, i looked up my frnds and relatives no...NOPE....very annoying...never lefts message, I am not gonna call back

they are still frigging calling me, even calling at 6:30 at night! Take the hint!

so it is prossible that different company but using the same number??coz someone said it was from Agon Marketing for telmarketing but most of you said it was from Commwelth Bank. Ive got 1 yesterday at 14:05 Pm and just got 1 today at 14:10pm.....who the hell was it?????

6:30 Was in the middle of a romantic dinner with the wife. Asked me if now was a good time to talk. Told them no and they said they'ld call Monday at a convenient time. This was last month. Just got round to calling me again 2:00 in the arvo, this is not a convenient time, sry we don't have daylight savings in Qld (isn't it over ne how?). How many times do I have to say no to them but, once a year, twice. Send a self addressed envelope with the mail, and free call number. Offer it to us when we walk into the bank. People already let things like this slide calling it "Junkmail". I don't want this to become a norm for companies. This is a bit invasive, through the phone. I guess my phone does not have a silent number (but it's a mobile) but I wonder if anyone else has got a silent number and are still harassed? Isn't that why u have a selent number? And the sob story is almost as bad as those funeral plan adds. I don't care if this number isn't the commonweal bank the rest holds true.

I have had atleast 2 to 3 calls from this number daily.. It's really startign to annoy me. i would have thought that they got the message when I hung up on them.

Dude I am getting the same problem, constant calls 2 - 3 times a day. except it hangs up on answering.

wtf 6 missed calls from them today and 1 the day before.

I phoned the 1300 number provided (when I returned the call) and told them to take me off the call list. Apparently Agon are calling on behalf of certain companies eg.C'Wealth bank and sometimes there is a connection error....so they try again later. Seems odd however, they said it would take 24-48hrs to remove me. 1300 305 515 is the number.

Yep, Stan's correct finnily answered the call after atleast four missed calls yesterday (couldn't get to my phone at those times). They told me exactly what Stan has said, Quickly told them I wasn't interested in life insurance. Hope they don't call back, will let yall know if they do.

The same has happened to me the past 2 weeks everyday I am getting calls from either 02 8094 4435 or 02 8094 4420.They are the same people I have told them to stop calling but still calling i get upto 6 calls a day it is really annoying. I am at the point of changing my number.
