Keep getting calls from this number, they hang up when I pick up and when I call back it's about MLC or something I've never signed up for. I wish they'd stop.

Igot the same thing happening to me.. They called me yesterday and they've called me tonight. I missed both calls and thought it might have been an iomportant call from the doctor regarding my blood tests with being 5 weeks pregnant and I started stressing. I guess this is nothing to be worrying about now.

Just casually googled the number to see where abouts this call was coming from in NSW, nice to know the number of calls i've missed from them doesn't seem to be from anybody important. Refreshing see your guys's comments on this number.

Got a number of missed phone calls from this number a few days in a row.
Company is: Aegon Direct & Affinity Marketing services, calling on behalf of other company's (in my case MLC)

8 missed calls in the last few days.  Called the number and got the same as the above person. Aegon Direct & Affinity Marketing services - and they were calling about "some recent information I'd received in the mail about MLC Essential Life".  Which I didn't.  I sent a complaint to MLC and told them I wouldn't purchase life insurance from them if they were the last company on earth after this behaviour (they've clearly hired this marketing company to harrass potential customers on their behalf).  Who would purchase life insurance through a third party who not only repeatedly cold called you, but forced you to call THEM back and pay for the phone call? (they don't leave a voicemail, and they hang up as soon as you answer).

I've received several of these calls over the past few days. Same as everyone else... This company calls my work phone as well as my mobile. I have set my mobile to auto-reject them, but now they call my work phone several times a day. I have also never had anything to do with MLC, and am certainly not interested in life insurance.

Im glad i read this as everyday this number has called me and i have been at work. I definatly wont pick up now!

Four times a day for more than one week!!!! If they were standing in front of me, I would beat the SH*T out!

only been happening since I put an Ad on Gumtree........could be coincidence
