Where did you call me and why?

I got this number three or four times.The first three times when I answer it, it goes dead. Finally,someone speaks when the last time it calls, but I don't understand what the person says.

It's from CBA in regards to Comm Insurance.

Yeah!  They know my name and from CBA.  It's a promotional call.

I have called Commonwealth bank and they have comfirmed that no one pulled up my details. This phone number is NOT from CBA / Commbank. It is a scammer fishing for information.

DO NOT ANSWER or answer and hang up as often as possible.

Received a call from this number today, ignored it and no voicemail left either.

Received 4 calls today from this number on my mobile.  When I answer they just hang up. I recently signed up to DODO Internet so am assuming the scam call is from them or they have sold my details to scammers as since joining DODO I have received several scam phone calls now.  (I cancelled DODO contract immediately).

NOT CBA!  Received a few missed calls from this number.  I called back and got an automated message saying they are insurance telemarketers through COLES. They offer an opt-out option but I have just blocked the number on my phone.

They ring so obsessively that I have blocked the number. They continue to call even after telling them I don't want or need what they are selling.
